The service

HumSafar is a matrimonial platform for adults seeking marriage. It is not a casual dating or hookup service. You browse profiles in the app and contact matches on WhatsApp.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. You must provide accurate information and only one account for yourself.

Your content and conduct

You are responsible for your photos and biodata. Do not post anything illegal, deceptive, sexually explicit, harassing, or that belongs to someone else.

Do not solicit money, share others’ private documents, or use the app to spam or scam.

We may remove content, suspend accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement when we believe these terms are broken.

Safety tools

You can report and block other members from a profile. Reports are reviewed by our team. Blocking hides that profile from your browse lists.

Identity verification is a safety measure, not a guarantee. Always meet in a public place and involve a trusted family member when you choose to meet someone.

Account deletion

You may delete your account at any time from Account settings in the HumSafar app. Deletion is permanent.

Disclaimers

HumSafar is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, that every profile is genuine, or that the service will be uninterrupted.

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for disputes between members or for losses arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
